I think the most obvious one is that worship and praise seem to be emotion or expression based--what I say about God, what I feel about Him in my heart. Darlene Zschech begins her book Extravagant Worship with the woman who anointed Jesus feet with costly perfume. Darlene describes this womans worship as: excessive, abundant, expensive, superfluous, lavish, costly, precious, rich, priceless, and valuable.

A central part of my life includes the need to connect with G-d, and to read and explore my faith and my connection with G-d. If you are looking for a book that allows you to pray and read at the same time, pick this book up.

It's not an exclusive read for the worship leaders.
